Hsiang Chin Moe is an artist, educator, and industry leader with decades of experience in animation, production, and creative management. As the inaugural Chair of the BFA Animation program at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, she has guided the education and careers of countless animators. Hsiang previously served as Associate Director of the New York Digital Salon, fostering international dialogue around digital animation, video, games, and interactive installations. She now serves as Chair for Education on the board of Women in Animation, supporting more than 17,000 members worldwide, championing underrepresented identities, and advancing excellence, equity, and opportunity across the animation industry.
